At ETTO Boutique, we want you to love your purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original boutique tags attached.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop your package off at any authorized courier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
